"Excuse me?" Gui Gui cleared her throat politely. "May I know where is class 206?"

One of them eyed Gui Gui with mean eyes and Gui Gui shuddered. Her eyes traced from Gui Gui to Ya Lun.

"You two are the new students?"

"Yes. I am Gui Gui and this is Ya Lun." Gui Gui smiled.

They showed no trace of interest as one of them said, "It is at the - "

A girl with curly hair silenced her with a kick at her ankle. "No! Da Ya!"

She looked surprised and as if shocked, she said, "Oh!"

They exchanged glances and Gui Gui panicked. Ya Lun patted her shoulder lightly, reassuring her that everything was going to be fine.

"Go straight infront till you see a girls' toilet, then turn left, then turn right at the next corner and go straight," Da Ya said coolly and the rest smirked.

"Er, thanks," Gui Gui exclamated.

As they went towards the girls' toilet, they heard the girls laughing. Gui Gui wanted very much to turn around to see what was going on but Ya Lun's arm gripped onto her shoulder tightly.

They followed the directions and ended up in a garage where they saw Wang Zi and five more boys holding brooms and dustpans.

"What are all of you doing?"Gui Gui giggled.

Two of the boys were mesmerised by how Gui Gui looked. Although Gui Gui was pretty, her studies are not good.

"Hi, I am Ao Quan." the boy who was dazed earlier on said. The other one who drooled said, "Hello, I am Xiao Yu. I love music. Without it, I will die. I play the guitar - "

"And I had entered lots of competition with it. I can do alot of stunts with my guitar and I love guitar and music." Wang Zi ranted.

Gui Gui coundn't hold on anymore, she bent double with laughter and Ya Lun's palm slipped down. "I... am... G... Gui.... GUI!"

Ya Lun was shocked. He had been holding onto her shoulder for so long and it was so comfortable that he had forgotten about it. He felt dejected all of a sudden, until...

"BANG!" the garage door slammed down and a twist of keys could be heard from inside.

They were trapped - all eight of them.

"What the hell!" Xiao Yu cursed.

The room was dark and there was not a single light. Gui Gui used both her hands and twisted the hem of her uniform. She had been afraid of dark ever since she was young.

"Who do you think it was?" a boy said - there was only a girl there.

"Who else would there be?" Wang Zi said. "Use your brains, Xiao Jie, it must be the ten sisters."

Gui Gui's hem was now so twisted that it cannot be twisted anymore, she bent down and fought back tears, assuring herself, "You will be fine, Gui Gui, there are seven boys here..."

"Gui Gui? Where are you?" Ya Lun's anxious voice rang out from the darkness. This made her more anxious and frightened.

"Here," Gui Gui croaked, as the first tear rolled down her cheek.

"What happened? Gui Gui?" Ya Lun's hand was at her shoulder again, and Gui Gui felt comforted. But before anybody could utter a single word of concern, Gui Gui was sobbing already.

"Gui Gui!" Wang Zi cried and Ya Lun stiffened.

"Gui Gui," Wang Zi said soothingly. "What's wrong? You 'kay?"

"I..." Gui Gui sobbed. "I am afraid of dark..."

Wang Zi muttered something like, "Should have said earlier."

Suddenly, there was light.

Wang Zi had turned his phone on.Gui Gui looked at Wang Zi, "Thanks."

As Wang Zi looked at Gui Gui's tear glistening face, he felt a sudden urge to to Gui Gui and put his arm around her shoulder like what Ya Lun did.
