"You live here alone?" Gui Gui gasped as she sat on a sofa that is five meters in length.

Ya Lun laughed and said, "Yeah, why?"

"You must be rich." It was not a question, but a statement.

Ya Lun snapped his fingers and the servants came out. Ya Lun said, "Towels, and drinks."

Within three seconds, the servants were back, holding two towels and cans of drinks. Ya Lun turned to Gui Gui, "Follow Mr Chang, he will show you the way to toilet." He turned to another maid. "Fresh female clothes?" She nodded and went off, only to come back with a new set of clothes. Ya Lun passed it to Gui Gui. Gui Gui smiled. "Thanks, KorKor."

As Gui Gui went off with Mister Chang, she asked alot of questions. "Mister Chang? Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure, Miss."

"I am Gui Gui."

"Yes? Miss Gui Gui?"

Gui Gui's bottom lip stuck out as she asked her questions. "Does Ya Lun have any siblings?"

Mister Chang smiled. "Once." And he opened the bathroom door and gestured Gui Gui to go in. Gui Gui went in and locked the door.

He sure is rich! The bathroom is the size of the classroom! Gui Gui thought as she bathed changed into a purple silk dress, and wore the jacket given. She went out and a maid came to collect her wet clothes and used towel.

"May I ask something?" Mister Chang asked.

"Sure , Mister Chang." Gui Gui grinned.

"Call me Old Chang Kee. That's the nickname Ya Lun gave me when he was young." Mister Chang smiled, and continued. "Are you Ya Lun's girlfriend?"

This made Gui Gui stumbled. "W-e-Well, wh- what makes you think so, Old Chang Kee?"

"You are the first girl Ya Lun has ever brought home since he lost his sister."

Gui Gui blushed and said, "He is a good man but my good friend and Godbrother."

Mister Chang smiled sheepishly and said, "Ya Lun is on the top floor, first room on the left."

"Thanks," Gui Gui grinned and went up the stairs. However, she did not need to move her feet the moment they landed on the steps.

It was an escalater.

Gui Gui knocked on Ya Lun's door and said, "Ya Lun KorKor?"

"Yes? My dear Gui Gui MeiMei, come in lar."

Gui Gui pushed the door opened and went in, sat on the floor.

"Sit on the bed, it is softer than the ground," Ya Lun said.

Gui Gui chuckled and went to sit on the bed beside Ya Lun. "So, care to say about your past?" Gui Gui prompted.

"Well," Ya Lun hesitated. He had not talked about his past to anybody. Even Old Chang Kee. Somehow, he felt that Gui Gui needed to know. "Mm, I lost my sister when she was three. We were twins. Her name was Ya Jun, Yan Ya Jun, or, Aarion. She wanted to buy lollipops but I did not have enough money but she was naive. I turned my back on her and she was kidnapped the next second. As for my parents, they died in a car crash."

Ya Lun was shocked that he could say everything so simply, without breaking down.

Gui Gui placed her palm onto Ya Lun's shoulder. "That must be hard for you, Ya Lun."

Ya Lun shrugged his shoulder and Gui Gui placed her another palm onto Ya Lun's shoulder. "ha, now, can I take Ya Jun's place to be your sister?"

Ya Lun felt touched all of a sudden. He placed both his hands on Gui Gui's radiant cheeks. Gui Gui leaned forward, Ya Lun leaned forward. They leaned forward until their lips are an inch apart. Gui Gui closed her eyes and Ya Lun leaned forward, closer, and closer... Until...
