Chapter 4

Gui Gui decided to play a prank on Wang Zi. "Wang Zi..."

Wang Zi looked at her innocently. "Yes? Gui Gui?"

Gui Gui wanted very much to continue her prank, but Wang Zi's too innocent eyes stopped her. Gui Gui blinked a lot of times.

"Gui Gui, you okay?" he asked, concerned.

Gui Gui still did not reply. What are you doing? Gui Gui thought to herself. You can't possibly like him!

"Gui Gui! You looked very pale!" Wang Zi exclaimed.

Gui Gui looked away from Wang Zi and said, "Haha. Didn't I said that I am always sneaky like a ghost? Ghosts are always pale in colour!"

Wang Zi heaved a sigh of relief. "Phew. Next time please don't play this kind of tricks again. I was scared death by you."

Gui Gui was confused. "Why will it scare you?"

Wang Zi did not reply. Gui Gui gived up when the teacher asked Ya Lun for an answer.

"Twenty-six, sir," Ya Lun said.

Gui Gui had forgotten about Ya Lun's existence totally when she was with Wang Zi. She felt a sudden pang of guilt as she looked at Ya Lun - Gui Gui was in the middle of the two - and said, "Ya Lun!"

Ya Lun turned and said, "Yes? Wu Ying Jie?"

Gui Gui laughed and said, "Nothing."

Ya Lun smiled and turned his attention onto the bald teacher.

Gui Gui looked at Wang Zi, and Wang Zi looked at Gui Gui.

Gui Gui teased, "Don't I look like a ghost?"

Unfortunately, to Wang Zi, he took it seriously and he blurted, "An adorable and cute one."

Gui Gui blushed and kicked Wang Zi at the ankle. He pretended to grimace in pain and she pinched him on his forearm.

Seeing this, Ya Lun clenched his fists and gritted his teeth.

"Wang Zi and Ying Jie! Are you two listening?" the teacher growled.

Wang Zi looked at Gui Gui and they both said frantically. "Yes, sir."

Ya Lun sighed and said, "There will be a class camp next week."

Gui Gui told Wang Zi and they both said, "There will be a class camp next week."

The teacher nodded and turned to the class again. "The class will be divided into two, and since the class is in odd number..."

The class groaned. Gui Gui looked at Ya Lun and they both shrugged. Wang Zi sniggered and told Gui Gui. "Pick lots. The three with the odd-one-outs will go to another class for the camp and sleep with the people there."

Picking-lots session began.

'Phews' and 'Lucky not me' swooped across the classroom.

Only Wang Zi, Gui Gui, Ya Lun and Xiao Xun had not opened their lots.

Gui Gui closed her eyes and prayed hard that it will not be her. Unfortunately...

"Argh! Green!" she groaned.

"Tsk! It is not me!" Ya Lun said angrily.

Gui Gui asked, "Why do you want to go to another class?"

Ya Lun blurted, "Because you are there."

Gui Gui blushed and two groans could be heard.

Wang Zi, Gui Gui and Xiao Xun were going to the other class for the camp.
